By purchasing from Class One Percent, you agree to the following:

• All payments are accepted online only.
• All sales are final. No returns.
• Exchanges are allowed only for hoodies that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.

All designs, logos, product names, and content are the intellectual property of Class One Percent and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Class One Percent is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes will be handled in Kansas courts.
